The only information that we display on the web site is name, which is displayed with any messages that you may have posted on the site and when displaying the group members for selection for direct messages or granting or removal of admin privileges or to remove an individual remove the group.

We do not share your information with 3rd parties or advertisers.

Messages posted to the site:

3messages is a private messaging site. Private messaging is contained within Groups. Membership into a group is by invitation from the group admin(s). Admin's are defined as the person who created the group or anyone that an Admin may have given proper privileges to. Admins may also remove this privilege from individuals or remove individuals from the group.

Any messages posted to site and any files that are uploaded will only be seen by the members of the group. All messages will be able to be seen by all members of the group, unless a Direct message has been sent. In order to send a direct message, you must click on the direct message button. Any messages that are sent as a Direct Message will only be seen by the members included in the direct message send. Any messages posted by the New Message or Add Comment button will be seen by all members. All users of a group will have access to any files that have been uploaded to the site.

Any messages posted to the site or files that are uploaded must adhere to the Terms of Service.

Schedules posted to the site:

3messages is designed to provide easy access to schedules and since most team schedules can be found in the public domain we do not require a login to access schedules so they can be viewed by anyone. The accuracy of the date, time, location and directions pertaining to a team's schedule is the responsibiltiy of the team administrator(s). 3messages.com cannot be held responsible for any misinformation on the site as we do not maintain it.

Any Notes or information enteresd for an Event/Game must adhere to the Terms of Service.

Collection of Data:

We may collect data on your usage of our web site. This data may be used on an aggregated level using tools similar to Google Analytics. We will not share an individual's usage of our system to any 3rd parties or advertisers. We may also use "cookies", a small text file, in order to enhance the users experience on the site. You may configure your browser or you may choose to refuse cookies to be used by our site.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to conform to the law.
